How to Add DKIM Records - DNS Management

DKIM allows the email receiver to verify that an email comes from a specific domain authorized by the owner of that domain. We use DKIM for our outbound mail by default. DKIM applies a digital signature to a domain name on each outgoing email message. The recipient system verifies this by looking up the sender's public key published in the DNS.

How to add a DKIM Record

  1. Log in to your Control Panel.
  2. Go to Domain Central.
  3. Click on the domain you want to edit.
  4. Click DNS.
  5. Use the Modify drop-down to select the type of DNS record you want to modify:

  6. Select DKIM Record
    Create DKIM record
